Car-Like Feel & Appeal
It’s true. The 2008 Dodge Sprinter Passenger Van hauls like a bus — with a strong engine and seating for up to 12 passengers. But that doesn’t mean it feels like a bus behind the wheel. The seating. The instrument panel. The visual appeal. The drivability. They’re all designed to create a car-like atmosphere that makes the driver’s life on the road more comfortable. Plus, the shift mechanism and tilt / telescope steering wheel both have a surprisingly car-like feel whether it's for business or pleasure. What’s not to like?

First-Class Seating
The 2008 Dodge Sprinter may be built to handle long workdays on the road, but human beings aren’t quite so equipped. Fortunately, this van’s sophisticated seat design provides excellent lateral support and includes padding that adapts to body contours. Select the standard seat, the optional comfort seat, with its extensive adjustments, or the suspension seat. Other notes:
- Seats are covered with long-wearing, easy-care upholstery
- Standard seat fabric color is Gray Brassao. Black is optional.
- Black vinyl seats are also available

Storage Solutions
Storage inside the 2008 Dodge Sprinter cabin is abundant and varied. Go ahead and store your equipment and personal items inside the door pockets, over the windshield, in the glove compartment, under the double passenger seat and within the instrument panel (IP):
- The top surface of the IP is divided into three segments and runs across the vehicle. Each outer segment has a cup holder, and the driver-side-segment contains subpartitions made to stow small items.
- The center console with available lid accommodates a laptop, clipboard, or file folder.
- The lower center console contains two cup holders; a removable ashtray can be moved to the cup holder on top of the instrument panel.
- The glove compartment is air-conditioned to keep drinks cold. It also has holders for two credit cards and a pen. A lockable and illuminated glove compartment is an available option.

Instrument Cluster
Clear communication is key to user friendliness and on-the-road safety. The Dodge Sprinter gauges are sophisticated and cleanly organized for at-a-glance monitoring. Whether you choose the standard or available high-line instrument cluster, you get a two-part Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) with segmented analog tachometer and speedometer. The high-line version has multifunction steering wheel controls.

Climate Controls
All Dodge Sprinter vehicles feature a standard residual engine-heat system. To speed heating when the engine is cold and the outside temperature is below about 55° F, the system is supported by an automatic electric hot-air auxiliary heater inside the warm-air duct to defrost windows and warm the interior quickly. A hot-water heater with a timer is also available for cargo and passenger van (diesel only). For warmer weather, a front air-conditioning system is standard on all models with a TempMatic automatic climate-control system, and rear A/C is available. An attractive heating and ventilation control unit with LED illumination is in the center console, right at hand.

Power Windows
With the 2008 Dodge Sprinter, you get heat-insulated windows with all models. Side windows consist of single-layer safety glass. And front door power windows with touch-control are standard.

Central Locking
Press your key fob and the 2008 Dodge Sprinter doors immediately lock or unlock. This keyless entry feature is standard on all Dodge Sprinter models. Also standard is an engine immobilizer with steering lock and engine management deactivation. This feature means no one can start your vehicle without your key. Any attempt to do so deactivates the engine.

Stereos
Turn on your stereo and get ready to rock the road with a high-quality speaker system that includes two woofers in the doors with two tweeters and a center speaker in the instrument panel.
